Thank you for shopping at Catlitt. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping times Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

• Domestic (US): 3–10business days
• International: 4–12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Shipping rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Order tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Customs and import duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
